Hi rio,

here are the latest VTEC news.

Due to many Advertisers complain (our sole income
source), we have decided to change a little
the rules of the way You earn credits and Cash.

Effective immediately You will have to decide
if you want either credit or cash by
promoting your unique URL rotator.

You can switch from cash to credits and viceversa
at any time.

Currently all the people promoting their unique
URL Rotator has been set to earn cash as default.

This change can be done even more than once per day.

Why we have done  this?

Because we realized that this was unfair.
People using the rotator where accumulating
many credits against people who have paid
for their credits and while they accumulated
credits they also made money.

From now on, when you use your unique Rotator
URL You have to decide..either money or credits.

This change will make the system more balanced
plus we will have more  happy advertisers so
that there  will always be enough money to
share with our promoters.
