We have added  some security features to VTEC. Now you will have to confirm your  withdrawal request

by email, so to make sure nobody else but you are requiring a cashout.

 

Also, you will be able to change your payment processor on your own, without requesting a change to admin. If you change your payment processor, you will have to confirm your new wallet by email too. 

 

For these two reasons, we have refund all the withdrawal requests.
