A new look for your webmail and DKIM for everyone!

Our webmail interface is going to shine in a whole new look! In addition to that, we have made some changes behind the scenes too...

We have not only improved our webmail interface, but also a lot of things in the background to create an even better mail experience for you! Therefore, we would like to briefly share with you the two most important changes. Our webmail is going to shine in a beautiful new look: The new easyname webmail interface looks modern and it is completely "responsive". This means that we have optimized the interface for different devices and it will therefore be even easier for you to use your webmail on your smartphone or tablet. However, if you want to keep the old look, you can reactivate it at any time by navigating to "Settings" - "User Interface". The update will take place on ➔ Thursday at 09:00 p.m., which will cause a short downtime of approximately 15 minutes.   ➔ Go to your easyname Webmail Of course, that's not all: As security is very important to us, we have recently integrated DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail). DKIM is a method to check whether an e-mail has indeed been sent by the owner of the domain. This can help to avoid scam mails. If you activate DKIM, a unique signature will be added to your e-mails automatically. The receiving server then identifies you as an authorized sender based on this signature.  All new registrations in 2020 will have DKIM activated automatically. If you have registered earlier, you need to activate DKIM in your easyname controlpanel. Click on "Domains" - "Availability" - "E-Mail" - "Mailserver Settings" - "Sign outgoing e-mails from this domain using DKIM".   ➔ Go to your easyname Controlpanel Please feel free to contact us, if you have any questions!
